'Bucket Fountain' Cuba Mall, Wellington
‘Bucket Fountain is a detailed colourful artwork showcasing the iconic Bucket Fountain which is located in ‘Cuba Square’ central Wellington, NZ.
Originally named the ‘water mobile’, the fun kinetic sculpture was created by Burren and Keen, and Graham Allardice and is now recognised as one of Wellington’s most famous landmarks.
The painting also has the iconic ‘Blues Brothers’ casually walking through the scene and Aretha Franklins character ‘Mrs Murphy’ looking on with her trademark ‘hand on hip’ pose.
The original artwork was created using quality watercolour and acrylic paint, ink and pencil on watercolour paper. The original image was not altered in any way to create this archival quality, limited edition fine art print.
